Free Games Problems

Our server logs show that some of our visitors are having problems accessing these free games. To get them to display, you must have the shockwave player installed in your browser. You can download it free from Macromedia

It takes about 5 minutes on a 56k modem.

We are having no problems accessing and playing these games using Internet explorer and Firefox with the Sygate Firewall but cannot (at this stage) get them to load with the Kerio Firewall and Avast antivirus. If you cannot get them to load, please email brioz@winnersrun.com with the subject line "games not loading" and tell me what operating system you are using, your brand and version of web browser, and if you are using one, the brand and version of your firewall and antivirus program. The latter should not be part of the problem if it is not popping up messages of doom. Your e-mail address will not be added to our mailing list.

Please note that the first time you download any of these free games you may be taken to Macromedia's site (www.macromedia.com) to download the Macromedia Director plug in for your browser. Most newer browsers come with this plugin pre installed. In the unlikely event that the game displays on your computer as a black square, you will need to manually download the plugin from Macromedia. It is necessary to select the one made to work with your brand of web browser.
